Comfort Club Maintenance Program

Heating and air conditioning systems experience wear and tear even during mild seasons. To put it in perspective, your systems work roughly 3,000+ hours each year. This is the equivalent of driving your car at 60 MPH for 3,000 hours or 180,000 miles in a year. Most people would not contemplate this kind of trip without changing a vehicle’s oil and having routine maintenance completed. Why should your home’s comfort system—your furnace and A/C unit—be treated any different.

By joining our Comfort Club Maintenance Program you can keep your heating and cooling systems operating at peak performance all year long. Members of our program enjoy numerous exclusive benefits including discounted repairs, priority scheduling, extended warranties, and, most importantly, annual inspections and maintenance services.
